Why book an appointment online?

We do it with restaurants and salons. Why not banking? Booking online makes the most of your time by allowing you to find a time that is convenient for you. Your appointment time will be dedicated to you, so you eliminate the need to stand in line. It’s a great way to ensure you spend more time doing the things you want to do.

What will I need to bring for my appointment?

Specific requirements will depend on the type of appointment you are booking. Your appointment confirmation email will contain a list of specific, helpful items to bring with you, if possible.

Am I able to visit the branch without an appointment?

Yes, you can, but an appointment is recommended to ensure someone is available to assist you at your desired location and time.

Am I able to re-schedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can. Your confirmation email includes a link to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. For the benefit of others, please try to cancel at minimum 24 hours before your appointment.

Can I make a same-day appointment at a branch?

Appointments can be scheduled as soon as 24-hours in advance. If you require immediate assistance, please reach out to our Bankoh Care Team at 808-643-3888 or toll-free at 1-888-643-3888 for assistance.

How do I specify the topic for my appointment and how much time should I allow?

You can choose the type of appointment you need and provide any additional details in the Notes field of the contact information form. The amount of time will be based on the appointment type and reflected in your confirmation email. If additional time is needed, your banker will assist with scheduling a follow up meeting.

Can I schedule a branch appointment with a specific banker?

If you would like to request a specific banker, you may note your request in the Notes field of the contact information form, and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Do I have to be a customer to schedule a branch appointment?

You do not have to be a customer to schedule a branch appointment.

How will I know my appointment is confirmed?

We will send you a confirmation text or email.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment at the branch?

Your confirmation email includes a link to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. For the benefit of others, please try to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

What if I miss my branch appointment?

If you know in advance that you are going to miss your appointment, please use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you have already missed your appointment, you will need to schedule a new appointment.
